A Technite, is any skilled professional offering any of the services that are on the platform. So to us, a maid is a Technite, just like a plumber is a Technite. A tutor is a Technite, just like a motor mechanic is a Technite.

A Super Technite is a service provider that registers as a company and is readily available to provide services on demand. The company’s agents are registered on the platform under the skill sets that they are qualified in. A Super Technite is responsible for the recruitment and management of their team of Technites. They are also responsible for enforcing quality assurance in their team.

Download the Technites app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, create an account and upload the relevant documentation relating to your profession or trade.

Charge estimates are automatically calculated by the system based on the information supplied by the client in relation to the task to be done. After a site visit, the Technite will update the job on the app. This could cause a variation in the charge estimate, and the client needs to approve the new charge before work commences.

All Technites are vetted and their qualifications verified before approval on the platform. This is done so clients are guaranteed qualified personnel for their jobs.

All jobs done through the platform are insured to ensure quality work by the Technites.

The answer is that you get a choice of nearest Technites and you select based on your own preference (based on profile, proximity and rating).

A cancellation fee is charged to the client if they cancel job.

Currently, clients can pay via Ecocash through the app. Other payment methods will be introduced in the near future.

Yes, a registered company can register as a Super Technite. The following documentation is required:
• Company Profile.
•Tax Clearance Certificate.
•Memorandum of Association.
•CR6 and CR14.
•List of names of service providers and their documents as follows.
       •National identification (ID or Passport).
       •Professional Qualifications.
       •Proof of residence.
       •Police clearance (Book with us for free centralized vetting)

When the Technite completes the job, they close the job on the app. A notification pops up to the client’s app to confirm if they are satisfied with the work done before the system releases the payment to the Technite.
